All domestic orders placed before 1pm EST, will be posted the same day.
All orders placed after 1pm will be posted the next business day.
We use Australia Post Express Post delivery.

Return Policy

Just in case you are not entirely happy with your Galmatic purchase, we have our easy return policy. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us, where one of our friendly staff will be more than happy to help you.

1. Contact Galmatic via email or phone (+61 2 9970 6677) with your personal details and receipt number. Contact must be made within 14 days of receipt date.
2. Return product in the condition that they were shipped,(postage fee will be your responsibility) to Galmatic PO BOX 34, Narrabeen NSW 2101 Australia
3. Upon receipt of product your credit card will be credited and a confirmation email sent to you.
