Hi fellow driving friends.

We are about to start what we often hear called 'the silly season' and accidents and road fatalities unfortunately increase during this time. Try to stay safe this holiday period and keep the following tips in mind:

Never drink and drive. If you have a tendency to spend your cab fare money on drinks, then buy yourself some cab charges and keep them in your purse
Make sure your designated driver stays alcohol free. Remember to buy them a non alcoholic drink frequently to make sure they still have a good time
Try to minimise night driving and if you do need to drive at night, take the shortest route home
If your making long trips, stop every two hours, get out of the car and have a break
Watch your speed and stick to the limit. Better a little late than dead.
